Established in 2000 by Mr. S.Harichandran, Managing Director, HP Valves & Fittings is one of the pioneers in the manufacture of Instrument Tube & Pipe Fittings, Valves, Valve Manifolds, Condensate Pot, Air Header, Syphon and other Instrumentation Erection hardware  for Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipments in India. 

 

HPLOCK products have Global recognition and are exported to various countries. The products are tested and guaranteed as per Advanced Industrial Standards. Pre-tested raw materials are used in the manufacture of various products, ensuring high quality and timely supply to the Customers . 

HPLOCK products are approved by various prominent industries (Department of Atomic Energy, Paper Plant, Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Refinery, Pharmaceuticals, Steel Plant, Research Institute, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology) and  Instrumentation manufacturers as an Instrumentation Valves & Fittings supplier.

Complete in-house and out source testing facilities available for all the products manufactured by us
   
 
All tests are carried out in strict conformity to ASME 1387: 2002, and records are maintained as per
  ISO 9001: 2008
   
 
Our test laboratory, which is independent of production, is completely equipped for dimensional
 
specification of the various components
   
  A complete set of gauges for all dimensions, threads, tapers, finish, coating thickness of plating, and
  other dimensions / features of our fittings are available on site
   
  A complete system of logging is maintained for calibration certification for all equipment, gauges,
  measuring instruments etc. to ensure that their calibration remains valid at all times.
   
Details of In-House Testing Available
   
  Hydrostatic test with water as the testing medium up to 1600 Kg/Cm2 (20,000 psi).
   
  Pneumatic testing facility using dry air and/or nitrogen for pressures up to 210 Kg/Cm2
   
  Vacuum Test for vacuum up to 760mmHg.
   
  Hydraulic Impulse cum Vibration test as per BS: 4368 Standard requirements
   
  Hydraulic impulses at the rate of 15 to 35 cycles per minute and impulses up to 300 Kg/cm2 (4400 psi)
   
  Vibration in two mutual perpendicular planes stressing the material of the tubes  to 80% of the yield
  strength at the rate of 1440 cycles per minute
   
  Temperature cycling test
   
  Make and re-make test for repeatability of assemblies over 25 up to a maximum of 65 cycles
   
  Burst Pressure test for testing up to 4 times the working pressure of tubes for tube sizes up to 1"OD
   
  Optical illuminated magnifier for testing of profiles of threads and other tapers in conformity with the
  requirements of the various products manufactured by us
