PARTS REPLACEMENTS: |
| |
HP VALVES in depth knowledge in the field of valve and actuator design provides ability to supply compatible spare parts for wide range of valves.
With minimum of information or by examination of damaged parts, HP is able to supply the parts of equal quality to those provided by original suppliers, often at comparatively lower cost and with quicker delivery.
This sort of service has proved to be of great interest to many major valve using companies as a means to obsolete parts. All parts are provided with full certification and manufactured to QA/QC standards and are covered by a full guarantee. On many occasion after carefully inspecting the damaged part, alternative materials or design modification are suggested to enhance the valve
performance.HP VALVES also supply and fix the accessories like Valve Positioner, I/P Converter, Air Filter Pressure Regulator, volume Booster, Limit switches, Air Lock Relay, Proximity Switches, Handwheel Units (TMH/ SMH) etc. |
| |
INSITU SERVICE: |
| |
HP VALVES has a team of experienced field engineers/technocrats able to carryout either the entire valve/actuator/service requirement or provide the necessary support for your plant maintenance engineers on major/minor shutdown. A portable mobile facility for overhauling, skin machining, testing, re-calibration and valve instrumentation activities
To carry out the shut down within time frame is available and can be provided where necessary. HP VALVES technicians/engineering staff are highly trained and widely experienced to face challenge of present day process control situation. After execution of shutdown activities our skeleton team of highly skilled technocrats remains at the site till commissioning of plant. |
|
| |
UPGRADATION ACTIVITIES: Modification & Conversion (IF REQUIRED) : |
| |
Due to change in operating process parameters, fire or explosion hazards, updating of plant instrumentation, it is often necessary to convert valve from existing type to another type. Protrol has design skill, material, staff & experience to confidently undertake work modification and conversion like- |
| |
| |
Change of Cv value |
| |
Change in flow Characteristics. |
| |
Change of valve action from air to open / close or vice a versa . |
| |
Change of MOC of trim set from one metal to another. |
| |
Conversion of pressure balanced trim to unbalanced trim or vice a versa. |
| |
Conversion of manual valve to pneumatic / electrically operated . |
| |
Conversion of on-off valve to control duty valve. |
| |
Change of actuators to meet the warranted P conditions. Change in Leakage Class. |
|
| |
|
TESTING OF VALVES: |
| |
| HP VALVES a well known valve servicing division is fully equipped with all the modern valve testing facilities. The thorough testing of control valve is crucial, if the valve is to be expected to operate reliably & maintain its designed characteristics for long periods under actual operating conditions. Hydrostatic test is carried out on all valves to ensure that it means the testing requirements against its primary pressure and temperature rating |
In addition to this, seat leakage and gland leakage testing is carried out to ensure satisfactory operation with necessary adjustments, wherever so warranted. When test is satisfactorily completed a test ertificate is issued. |
| |
Finally, after testing, each valve is painted with modern, high corrosion resistance paint, specific shade for specific application as per customer's request. |
| |
Visitors are welcomed to inspect the facilities and to personally witness tests taking place. |
